Jeder Betrieb will im Grunde „lean“ sein.

Ansonsten ist es oft der Toyota-Produktionsprozess. –> Google.
Der Name „LEAN“ kommt von:
• Using less material
• Requiring less investment
• Using less inventory
• Consuming less space and
• Using less people.
