Roxtra GmbH is one of Germany's leading providers of software solutions in the areas of quality and process management. At our company headquarters in the heart of Göppingen, we are not only continuously developing our core product - the roXtra QM software - but our team is also growing steadily.
As a software documentation employee (m/f/d), you will design, create and update the user and admin manuals as well as the change and release notes for our customers during development. Due to the cross-industry use of our QM software, you can expect a varied range of tasks.
In cooperation with our marketing team, you will develop concepts/content for practice-oriented video tutorials or charts to support our users.
If you enjoy putting complex technical issues into understandable words, then this position is just right for you!
What you should bring with you
- Completed studies or training or further training in the field of technical documentation/computer science or career changer (m/f/d) with a technical background
- Strong technical understanding
- Enjoy writing and preparing and communicating complex technical issues in an understandable way
- You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner
- You speak and write fluent German and English
- Experience in the areas of technical documentation or software documentation is an advantage
